Viking Creatine & Beta Alanine

is a supplement composed of an optimal combination of two nutrients, allowing you to increase your strength and endurance in addition to the training and intensity.
Creatine and Beta-alanine 2:1 ratio form a matrix that works in synergy, suitable for strength training or resistance, long or short duration, such as contact sports, cycling, athletics, bodybuilding, fitness, swimming, etc. ..
Creatine is a natural substance produced in the body to supply us with energy, most people produce about 2 grams of creatine per day, it facilitates energy production (ATP), enhancing anabolic processes and stimulates the growth of fibers muscles, improves strength, muscle contraction and increases hydration of the muscle cells.
It also has strong anti-catabolic properties, significantly accelerates the recovery time.
Beta-Alanine is considered ideal for higher intensity rep ranges and endurance because of its ability to buffer lactic acid. Beta-Alanine is a non-essential amino acid that is used by muscle cells to synthesise carnosine, which functions as a buffer for acids produced during strenuous exercise, thus helping to maintain optimum muscular pH.

Direction for use:

Mix one scoop (approx. 10 g) with 3 dl of water or your favorite beverage. Consume one serving daily.
